This client was concerned about facial redness and uneven acne scars across the face and wanted to improve the overall skin texture for a more confident, natural-looking complexion. In this case, full-face treatment combined subcision, TriFill Pro, Dermapen microneedling, and exosomes.
Subcision was used to target fibrous tissue beneath depressed acne scars, while TriFill Pro and Dermapen were incorporated to address the scars from multiple approaches according to their condition. Exosomes were also included as part of the treatment plan while taking the overall skin condition into consideration.
After treatment, the uneven texture caused by acne scars appeared less noticeable, giving the skin a smoother and more refined appearance compared with before treatment. The doctor carefully assessed the type and depth of the acne scars as well as the overall skin condition, including redness, when planning the treatment. Results and recovery may vary between individuals.
