You're troubled by redness in your skin, but don't want post-treatment swelling to affect your daily life.
It's difficult to treat redness, dark spots, and skin quality separately, so you'd like to treat them all at once.
We're sure there are people out there who have similar concerns.

For those of you with these concerns, we recommend Norris light therapy (photofacial).

Recommended for people who

  • Those concerned with facial redness (rosacea) and visible capillaries
  • Those who want to improve uneven skin tone such as age spots, freckles, and dullness
  • Those who want to improve acne and acne scars
  • Those concerned with loss of skin firmness and elasticity

What is Nordlys?

Nordlys is a next-generation phototherapy (photofacial) device that delivers effective results to treatment areas by irradiating them with light energy.
While conventional phototherapy uses light energy called IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), Nordlys uses a next-generation IPL called I2PL, which provides greater effectiveness and reduces the burden and risk to the skin.

Norris' Features

  • Effective treatment for redness of the face with reduced risk of heat (burns and pigmentation)
  • Two irradiation modes address a wide range of skin problems
  • Highly accurate irradiation ensures effectiveness only in the treatment area
  • Treatment with minimal pain and downtime
  • A phototherapy device that has received two pharmaceutical approvals in Japan
  • Effective treatment for redness of the face with reduced risk of heat (burns and pigmentation)

Norris uses a water filter to cut out wavelengths unnecessary for treatment (wavelengths below 400 nm and above 950 nm).The wavelengths that are cut out include those that can cause burns, such as far infrared rays, so it enables treatment with reduced risks of heat-related burns and pigmentation.

  • Two irradiation modes address a wide range of skin problems

Norris can be switched between two irradiation modes by changing the device (applicator) that is applied to the skin. These two irradiation modes, "Default Irradiation Mode" and "Expert Irradiation Mode," allow for more optimal treatment depending on the desired effect.

    Features of "Default Irradiation Mode"
    - Safe and effective treatment for a wide range of conditions without the need for device settings.
    - Virtually no downtime during treatment.

    Features of "Expert Irradiation Mode"
    - Device settings are adjusted according to the condition, providing greater effectiveness than the default irradiation mode.
    - Less downtime than the default irradiation mode.
    - More effective treatment for specific conditions, such as redness and blemishes.

  • Highly accurate irradiation ensures effectiveness only in the treatment area

Norris allows for more precise irradiation than conventional light therapy devices, and by adjusting the pulse width (length of irradiation time), it can promote effects only in the treatment area. This allows for highly safe treatment without transferring unnecessary heat to the skin around the treatment area.

  • Treatment with minimal pain and downtime

Norris is equipped with an I2PL, which blocks wavelengths unnecessary for treatment, achieving ideal energy irradiation with minimal burden on the skin. This allows for treatment with minimal pain and downtime, and the burden is so low that you can go home wearing makeup after treatment.

  • A phototherapy device that has received two pharmaceutical approvals in Japan

Norris is a light therapy device that has received two regulatory approvals. Regulatory approval means that the effectiveness and safety of a drug or medical device have been recognized through review and approved by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

Noris has received the following regulatory approvals:
・Vascular disorders (e.g., rosacea, telangiectasia, senile hemangioma)
・Pigmentary disorders (e.g., age spots, freckles)
