Side Effects & Risks Redness (erythema), swelling, internal bleeding, burns, acne vulgaris, rash, hives, heat sensation, itching, pinholes, and pigmentation changes (pigmentation or depigmentation).
Redness will disappear within a few days. Pinholes usually disappear within 1-2 weeks, but may persist for up to 3 months. (Individual results may vary.)
