Marking is done to determine the areas and range to be approached during the procedure. To ensure the success of the procedure, the area to be treated must be accurately assessed and marked. Furthermore, while traditional marking is done only once before the procedure, 4D marking allows for the review of the procedure through simulations before performing the actual procedure.

Malar fat removal is a facial contouring procedure where a cannula (a fat suction device) is inserted from inside the corner of the mouth to suction out fat.

Since malar fat removal eliminates the fat cells themselves, it significantly reduces the likelihood of rebounding, allowing you to achieve a toned and slimmer face effortlessly.
Unlike malar fat, which is superficial and closer to the skin, buccal fat is located deeper, beneath the muscle layer. Both types of cheek fat have different effects when removed. The area is disinfected, and local anesthesia is administered to the malar fat area. Anesthetic is injected slowly to minimize discomfort. Optional nitrous oxide or intravenous anesthesia is also available.
Small incisions are made inside the corners of the mouth, and malar fat is removed using a fine suction device. The procedure takes approximately 30 minutes.
