Using sutures that do not dissolve, threads are passed through the underside of the lower eyelid (conjunctiva) to connect the tarsal plate and CPF (lower eyelid lifting muscle). By tacking and folding the CPF downward, the area from the center of the eye to the outer corner is pulled down, creating a downward-slanting eye shape with a curve towards the outer corner.
This procedure is done entirely from the underside, and the entry holes for the threads are very small, leaving no scars and resulting in minimal downtime. However, there is a possibility of the effect reversing, and for those seeking a long-lasting result or significant downward adjustment, which may cause inward-turning eyelashes, the incision method is recommended.

Once you arrive, please fill out the medical questionnaire regarding your concerns and preferences.
You will be guided to a private room where we will discuss your concerns based on the completed questionnaire, including the size and shape of your eyelids. We will also explain the surgery process and post-operative aftercare. Please feel free to ask any questions if you have any concerns.
We will review the design based on the consultation. Since the size of the glamorous line can be controlled, we will simulate the design according to your preferences. Once you are satisfied with the design, we will begin preparations for the surgery.
The affected area will be disinfected, and eye drops and local anesthesia will be applied. We slowly inject anesthesia to minimize discomfort. Nitrous oxide anesthesia is also available as an option.
The procedure involves passing a thread through the inner lower eyelid (conjunctiva), connecting the tarsal plate to the CPF (lower eyelid levator muscle) with sutures, and tacking the CPF to form a drooping eye shape. The procedure takes approximately 30 minutes.
We will explain the aftercare process before you leave. If you have any concerns after returning home, feel free to contact us through our official LINE account. If you experience any discomfort or abnormalities after the procedure, please consult your doctor immediately.

How long does it last?
Depending on the condition of the eyelids, it can last anywhere from 1–2 years to being semi-permanent for some individuals.
How long will it take for the wound to become less noticeable?
Since the procedure is performed on the inside of the eyelid, the scar will not appear on the skin surface.
How long is the downtime?
There will be no surface scars, and the downtime is minimal.
Should I combine this with other eye procedures?
It is possible to perform other eye procedures, such as double eyelid surgery, medial canthoplasty, or lateral canthoplasty, at the same time. However, it is important to carefully determine suitability considering the desired outcome.
