Balancing the Nasal Base, Smile Lines, and Chin for a Harmonious Look

This client was concerned about noticeable nasolabial folds and also wanted to refine the facial contour and improve the balance of the side profile. A total of 3 cc of hyaluronic acid filler was injected into the alar base, nasolabial folds, and chin.

Rather than focusing only on the nasolabial folds, volume was added to the hollow areas around the alar base while also treating the folds themselves. Filler was then placed in the chin to help refine the overall profile, including the E-line.

After treatment, the balance from the mouth to the chin appeared more harmonious, creating a subtle and natural-looking change. The doctor considered the three-dimensional balance of the entire face and side profile, aiming for a refined result without an overly treated appearance.
